- This Privacy Policy serves to explain what data are collected by the Website, for what purposes and what is their usage.

- MedIT respects User’s right to privacy and will only process User’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation in the EU and other states. In particular, MedIT conforms with the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “RODO”, “GDPR” or “Regulation”) (Official Journal of the European Union of 2016, No L 119, p. 1).
- MedIT and its Partners can collect data via cookies or similar technologies, such as browser local storage (e.g. Web Storage) or device memory (in case of mobile applications), that can store both data essential to the proper operation of the requested service (e.g. User session data, preference and settings) as well as additional information, such as unique identifiers or temporary data accelerating content loading and allowing to improve the functionalities of the Website.
- The services provided by MedIT and its partners via the Website or the Application are accessible to Users who have created a User Account.
- MedIT may collect the following data:
- technical details about devices which Users use to access the Website, including: Internet and/or network connection (including IP address), mobile device identifiers, operating system, browser type or other software, hardware details, or other technical details provided by the User’s web browser, depending on its settings;

- All information Users provide to us is stored on our secure Website servers or those of our trusted Partners. Withdrawal of consent or an objection to the processing of personal data shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- MedIT takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that personal data is protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage.
- If the User decides to contact MedIT, MedIT will store the correspondence as long as necessary for legal or accountability purposes.
- MedIT may disclose Users’ personal data to the Website’s partners who assist MedIT in running the Website or maintaining its functionalities. Among MedIT’s partners are in particular: accounting, personnel and HR, legal, tax, IT, marketing, insurance, as well as transportation firms. Our partners are processing data on the basis of contracts concluded with MedIT and solely in compliance with MedIT’s instructions. Users’ data may be made available to the authorised entities eligible to acquire such data on the basis of applicable laws, e.g. to law enforcement authorities, on their demand based on legitimate legal grounds (e.g. for the purposes of ongoing criminal proceedings).
- Users’ data can be transferred to third party recipients, i.e. states outside the European Economic Area if it is necessary to provide services to the Users by MedIT or if such transfer is based on another valid legal basis.
- In order to conduct statistical measurements, MedIT uses technologies of its partners, in particular Google Analytics. Google Analytics places on the User’s terminal equipment information enabling it to collect data which serves MedIT to conduct statistical analysis and optimise the Website. The User may, at any time, object to Google Analytics data collection by changing the settings of his browser, as well as prevent his data on Website activity from being used by Google Analytics using the solutions offered by Google: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- The Website may contain links to and from the webpages or services of third parties. This Privacy Policy does not extend to these external webpages or third parties.
- Users have the right to object to the processing of their personal data, e.g. for marketing purposes, at any time.
