What is Medcases?
Medcases is an e-learning platform for medical students and healthcare professionals to develop their diagnostic and therapeutic skills on a virtual patient.
Will Medcases work on my old phone?
To use Medcases you need any device with a web browser, regardless of whether it is a phone or a laptop. If you would like to use a dedicated application, you would need an iPhone with iOS 11 or later, or a phone with an Android at least 7.1 (Nougat).
I just started medical studies, is this app for me?
Yes, Medcases provides learning opportunities without risk for actual patients and adapts to different proficiency levels. After registration, you can solve free cases and see for yourself. Put your knowledge into practice from day one!
How do I get access to paid content?
To take advantage of paid content, go to the Premium tab (diamond icon on your phone), select the package you are interested in, and make payment. In the mobile version, you can use an auto-renewable subscription; in the browser version, you can also use one-time payment. Before paying, you can take advantage of a free trial period. If you have a promo code, use the browser or Android mobile app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, go to the Premium tab (the diamond icon on your phone) and click on the "cancel auto-renew" button.
I graduated recently, is this app for me?

How to redeem the promo code?
You can redeem the promo code using the Android mobile app or from the browser app. To use the promo code:
1. Go to the Premium tab (diamond icon on your phone).
2. Enter the promo code in the "Promo Code" window, and select the appropriate package.
3. Ensure the code works by checking the transaction amount listed in the upper left corner.
4. Finish your payment.

How do I delete my account?
Don't want to use Medcases anymore? Go to the Settings tab (cogwheel icon) and click on the "Delete Account" button. You will need to enter your current password. If you don't have one, log out of your account and click the "Forgot password" button to assign one. You will receive a link to reset your password in your mailbox. After setting a new password, use the instructions described above.
